Under the Freedom of Information Act the West Hallam Parish Council has agreed to make the following information available to the Public:
WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Who’s who on the Council, contact details and office address can be obtained free of charge from the Parish Council Web Site (www.westhallam-pc.org.uk) and the West Hallam Community Magazine
WHAT WE SPEND AND HOW WE SPEND IT
Information relating to the Concurrent and Precept Budgets, Standing Orders, Grants and Allowances can be obtained from the Clerk (0115-9328274) Copies of the information will be provided at cost
A copy of the Parish Plan and Annual Reports can be provided at cost
HOW WE MAKE DECISIONS
Copies of the Agenda and Minutes can be provided at cost. These documents are also published on the West Hallam Parish Council Web Site.
Meetings of the Parish Council are held on the first Monday of each month commencing with a Public Participation Session at 7.00 pm in the Powtrell Community Pavilion, Beech Lane
