What is the Annual Parish Meeting?
All parishes, whether or not they have a parish council, hold a meeting once a year to discuss the affairs of the parish. It is an opportunity for the Parish Council to report on what it's been up to during the year, for borough and county councillors and village organisations to make presentations, and for villagers to raise any concerns they may have.
When and Where is it Held?
The Annual Parish Meeting for West Hallam is normally held in May. The 2010 Annual Parish Meeting took place on Monday 3 May 2010.
