Welcome to my page on the Parish Council web site.
I have lived in West Hallam since I got married in 1969. Throughout my full-time career I worked at Rolls-Royce in Derby as an Accountant; taking early retirement in 1998. For the past ten years I have been part-time Clerk to Morley Parish Council as well as looking after the old peoples’ Almshouses in Morley.
In October 2009, on my 65th birthday, I retired as Clerk at Morley and took the opportunity that was afforded to me to join West Hallam Parish Council.
My main interests outside the Parish Council are walking in the Peak, cycling and trying to play golf.
I do not have a formal ‘surgery’ but am happy to talk on the phone or meet to discuss any issues you may want to raise.
Please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. I am always pleased to hear from you on any issue. If I cannot help personally, I will try and put you in touch with the right person.
