Local Information - Scouts
Many thanks to Councillor Carol Hart who has donated £700 to improve the ventilation in the Bartram Centre. Users will know that this is quite a problem so we are very grateful to Councillor Hart.
Thanks also to all who contributed to the success of our Plant Sale in May. Not the best of weather (again!) but thanks especially to Marion Peake and members of the United Church of All Saints ,who provided refreshments, the event raised £400 which has been divided between the Scout Group and the Church.
We are now looking forward to meeting many friends as we provide refreshments in the West Hallam Village Hall for the well dressing weekend on Saturday and Sunday 11th and 12th July.
We are also looking forward to KwikCricket, again kindly hosted by the Nutbrook Cricket Club, on 17th July.
