EREWASH BOROUGH COUNCIL HOUSING OPTIONS TEAM
The Housing Options Team provides a wide range of Housing Advice including looking at your full range of housing options, which may include:
* Social Housing
* Private Rented Housing
* Supported Accommodation
* Shared Ownership
The Team also provides assistance to households who find themselves to be homeless or threatened with homelessness.

OPENING TIMES - ILKESTON OFFICE
Appointments — Mon & Thurs mornings between 10 am and 12 noon Tue & Fri afternoons between 2 pm and 4 pm
Drop-in — Mon & Thurs afternoon between 2 pm and 4 pm Tues & Fri mornings between 10 am and 12 noon First come first served.
Only emergency homeless cases seen on Wednesday's.
LONG EATON - OUTREACH:
Drop in on Wednesday's at: Three Valleys Housing, Bramley Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire, NG10 3SX between 9.30- 12 noon
Appointment Surgery on Wednesday's at: TunTum Surgery, 100 Derby Road, Long Eaton, NG10 4LS between 2.00pm- 4.00pm
In certain circumstances we can do home visits — please ask.
HOW TO GET TO US:
By Car: Public car park next to both offices
By Bus: Trent Bus No. 15. Runs every 20 minutes from 9 am. Between Derby Rd, Long Eaton and Wharncliffe Rd, Ilkeston. The bus stop is located outside each Council building. Fares - £2.00 single and £4.00 return (approx)
