West Hallam Parish Council invites residents to come along to a public meeting on Wednesday 16 April 2025.

Erewash Borough Council are proposing two sites in West Hallam be earmarked for housing development on existing Greenbelt land as part of its Core Strategy. The two sites are Beech Lane and High Lane West.

West Hallam Parish Council invites residents to a public meeting which will be held on Wednesday 16 April 2025 at 7.00 pm at the Village Hall.

EBC is proposing to build 35 homes on the site on High Lane West and 90 homes on Beech Lane with additional land to be safeguarded for housing. An extraordinary council meeting was held last week.
